Ingredients:
Liquid Magnesium Chloride,
Purified Water,
Biodynamic Organic Lavender Hydrosol,
Biodynamic Organic Rosemary Hydrosol,
Organic Flax Seed Glycerin
Directions:
Wet area with hydrosol or water. Spray onto body and massage into skin for maximum absorption. Any excess may be wiped o after 20 minutes. May also be added to bath or used as a foot soak.
Avoid contact with face and other sensitive areas. Test for sensitivity before rst use by lightly spraying inside of forearm. A gentle tingling sensation is normal.

It is not unusual to feel a harmless, gentle tingling. We suggest you first apply lightly to the inside of your forearm to test your sensitivity. If you wish, dilute with hydrosol or water to lower the concentration.
