In order to return an item, you must first contact our Customer Service department within 30 days of delivery for full instructions. After 30 days, returns or refunds shall be at the sole discretion of Omica Organics.

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If your item(s) arrived damaged or broken, please send clear photos taken in good light for every product affected.

If you wish to cancel an order after it has shipped, please call us prior to accepting the package. When it arrives, please refuse it, unopened. Once we receive the unopened package, we will arrange a refund, deducting all shipping costs.

Do not ship or refuse any merchandise without first calling Omica Customer Service at 800-613-6311 to arrange the return.

For international customs documents, please complete using the following description and declaration: “Product Return to seller — $0 value.”

Replacement product or a credit card refund may be issued if requested, and if Omica Organics agrees to said request. No refund will be made for the initial shipping/handling costs. Price adjustments will be made to volume discounts affected by partial order returns. Returns are normally processed within three weeks from date of request or receipt of returned merchandise whichever is later.

Omica Organics’ 30 day guarantee, as stated herein, shall be the purchaser’s sole remedy for any damages that may result from the transactions to which this Return Policy applies. In no event shall Omica Organics be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages as a consequence of transactions to which this Return Policy applies.
