Directions:
Shake before using. Mix with warm water and soak for 20-30 minutes. (For additional therapeutic benefits, add 1 cup of aluminum-free baking soda.) Rinse and pat dry.
Magnesium Soak in Bath Tub
Mix 1-3 cups in a bathtub of warm water.
Magnesium Foot Bath
Mix 1/2 cup into 1-gallon warm water.
Avoid contact with eyes.
